The RAPIR from Rako is a compact ceiling mounted 360 degree motion sensor with built in daylight sensor. With its RF signalling the RAPIR can be programmed to fire any scene signal to your Rako system making it ideal for hall ways, utility rooms or garages.
With its daylight sensor the RAPIR also allows for auto operation of lights based on your settings, so lights can turn on and off depending on the amount of ambient light.
When programmed to using movement, the PIR can send commands when it detects movement, then be programmed to time out say 5 minutes after it stops detecting movement. The RAPIR will also listen for wall panel commands so as not to activate or do the opposite when not required.
Ceiling mounted, the RAPIR slots neatly into a 64mm diameter hole and only requires a standard power feed, the unit uses a plastic collar for easy installation and no need for screws.
