Four (4) Intelligent temperature displays housed in a 1U rack mount panel, allows real-time monitoring of equipment or air-space within a rack environment. Four TCU’s allow 4 independent items of equipment or rack areas to be monitored and 4 independent fan units to be controlled.
Operational temperature and hysteresis (temperature difference above and below the set temperature at which point the fans are turned on and off) is user programmable through front panel pushbuttons. There is also the option of secondary fan override or periodic automatic action using a second relay.
Alarm states can be defined and are retained in memory if triggered. The TCU is RS485 compatible and switchable between Celsius or Fahrenheit display. Temperature probe with 1.5M cord and 1.2 metre power fly-lead for the connection of DC fan units included. 12V DC, ≤2W.
